What is the max camera payload of your steadicam?
13kg.
The support arm takes 23kg, the sled, monitor and batteries weigh 10kg.
Can your steadicam support the weight of my camera?

A Sony venice with Angienieux EZ Zoom plus raw recorder and accessories weighs around 10kg.
An Alexa Mini with a Zeiss Supreme prime is just 5kg.
Our Camera Setup is heavier than 13kg. Can you still make it work?
Yes.
After chatting with your AC, I will bring a larger, heavier arm which can take up to 29kg, or a 19kg camera.

29 Inches or 73cm.
What is the minimum and max height you can get the camera to?
It can touch the floor, or reach 7ft (2.1m).
Then I need a box to stand on.

5 seconds. I just turn the sled upside down.
The ACs or Video Team will need time to flip the sensor or monitors.

Yes.

Do you use a Horizon assist like a Volt or Betz Wave?
Yes, a Volt.
I can also not use it, but I much prefer to focus on the action, framing and not tripping over than worry about the horizon during a shot.
